Frameworks: A few years ago, photoshop offered a "filmstrip" function in its video tools. You used to be able to emulate cameraless filmmaking techniques in this mode. I believe Gregg Biermann used this technique in some of his work. You can still work with video frame-by-frame in photoshop. But, it looks like the filmstrip function has disappeared in the last few PS versions. Does anyone know where one might work this way digitally? Does GIMP offer up this functionality?
