I have a number of 16mm custom machined rollers for sale with rubber nitrile tires. These rollers are designed for use with a Cramer 16mm processor, but could be easily used in any processing machine with a 1/4" spindle or made to fit a DIY linear processing machine.
I have 25 double-channel rollers and 50 single channel rollers; they cost me $600 to get made, but I can let them go for $500. Individually the doubles are $10 each and the singles are $5.
