The 1960 Agfa book says it's 64 ASA.  There are processing directions 
using Agfa chemistry that hasn't existed for years.  If I had an old roll
of exposed Gevapan 30, I'd probably develop it as if it were Plus-X
negative, possibly adding benzotriazole and extending development to
compensate for the restraining action.
