During the mid 90's and up until 2002 or so Vancouver based artist Meesoo
Lee made a lot of work exclusively on VHS with two or more decks strung
together to edit. Using decks that had slo-motion and fast forward features
to create different effects. He then distributed the finished products in
handmade and/or photocopied very distinctive VHS cases.
