Colorlab is very friendly and will bend over backwards to do unusual stuff, but they are more expensive than Foto-Kem for typical work.
There is a company called Video and Film Solutions also in Rockville which seems to be run by former Colorlab folks. They have a working wet lab and the one short job I sent them looked perfectly good.
