Hi Michael, print-on-demand is not the solution, too complicated for bad result.
The only way should be to find some University press or English publisher to become a co-editor of the English edition. So I could pay a graphic designer to realize a lay-out and a printer to print it on paper ! If anyone is interested, please contact me off list. Have you considered setting it up as a print-on-demand book, as with Amazon's createspace? It's basically the same design files you would use for the ebook. Since you're already using Amazon this should be relatively easy. I personally prefer print over electronic.
