Swiss Corn Bake 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 2 tbsp. finely chopped onions 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 beaten eggs 1 c. soft bread crumbs Combine corn, evaporated milk, 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, onion, and dash of pepper. Turn mixture into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish or 1 quart casserole. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and remaining Swiss cheese. Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. If desired, garnish with pepper rings.
