Chunky Pizza Soup Prep Time: 15 min Makes: 3 (1 1/4-cup) servings Why order pizza? This kid-friendly soup only takes 15 minutes to prepare. 1can (19 oz) Progresso® Vegetable Classics tomato rotini soup 2cups Progresso® diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained (from 28-oz can) 3slices Canadian bacon, chopped 1/2cup croutons 1oz. (1/4 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese 1 . In medium saucepan, combine soup, tomatoes and Canadian bacon; mix well. 2 . Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. 3 . Divide croutons evenly among 3 bowls. Pour soup over croutons.
