Easy Supper Salad

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4


2/3 cup vegetable oil 
2 tbsp. lemon juice 
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper 
8 cups salad greens torn in bite-size pieces
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes (about 2 cups)
1 cup sliced pepperoni (about 3 ounces)
1 cup Pepperidge FarmĀ® Onion & Garlic Croutons 


In small bowl mix oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.
In large bowl toss salad greens, cheese, pepperoni, croutons and dressing until 
evenly coated.
