Raisin Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Serves: 6


Ingredients:


Vegetable cooking spray 
10 slices Pepperidge FarmĀ® Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread, cut into cubes (about 5 
cups)
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 
1 cup water 
1 tsp. vanilla extract 
4 eggs, beaten
Ice cream (optional)


Directions:


SPRAY inside of 4 1/2- to 5-qt. slow cooker with cooking spray.
PLACE bread in cooker. 
MIX milk, water, vanilla and eggs. Pour over bread mixture. Stir and push bread 
cubes into milk mixture to coat.
COVER and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hr. or until set. Serve warm with ice 
cream, if desired.
