Italian Sausage & Spinach Soup

Vegetable cooking spray 
1/2 lb. sweet Italian pork sausage, cut into 3/4" pieces
4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves


Spray a 4-quart saucepot with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add 
the sausage and cook until it’s well browned. 
Stir in the broth, oregano, onion and carrot and heat the mixture to a boil. 
Cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables 
are tender. 
Stir in the spinach and cook for 1 minute more.
