Indian Peas


1 med onion, chopped
2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
3 Tbsp butter/margarine, melted
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 (10-oz) pkg frozen English peas
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro


Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring 
constantly, until tender.  Add peas and remaining ingredients.  Cover and cook 
over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until peas are tender, stirring often.  
Makes 4 servings.
