Sweet & Tangy Chicken

Prep/Cook: 20 minutes

Serves: 4


1 tbsp. butter OR margarine 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup OR Campbell's® Healthy 
Request® Condensed Tomato Soup 
1/4 cup water 
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar 
1 tbsp. vinegar 
4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice 


HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, sugar and vinegar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low 
heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
