SALMON LOG

15 1/2-oz can red salmon, drained
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 c chopped pecans
2 tsp grated onion
3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Set aside pecans and parsley.  Mix all other ingredients together.  Chill 3-4 
hours before shaping into log.  Roll log in pecans and parsley.  Serve chilled 
with crackers.
