Zesty Party Snack Mix The microwave is used here to prepare this snack mix in a jiffy. Cereal, potato sticks, and peanuts add to the crunch, while worcestershire, butter and seasoned salt add flavor. Ingredients: 4 c. oven toasted corn cereal squares 2 cans (1 1/2 oz each) Potato sticks 1 c. peanuts, honey roasted 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce 3 T. butter, or corn oil, melted 1/2 t. seasoned salt Method Place cereal, potato sticks and nuts in 3 qt. microwave safe bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cereal mixture. Toss well to coat evenly. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6 minutes, stirring well every 2 minutes.
