Easy Roasted Red Pepper Soup From: Joan R. Prep/Cook: 15 minutes Serves: 2 Ingredients: 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red pepper, drained 1 soup can milk Freshly ground black pepper Directions: POUR soup into saucepan. Place roasted peppers and milk in blender jar. Blend until smooth. ADD roasted pepper mixture to soup in saucepan. Heat through. Season with black pepper.
