Mustard Sauce

3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Cook until thickened stirring constantly. 
Serve hot over hot ham.

Other glazes - 
3/4 cup brown sugar and 3/4 cup undrained crushed pineapple for glaze or 

3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 tsp dry mustard and 
1/2 cup water. Cook until slightly thickened and spoon over ham. Return to oven 
for about 1/2 hour and roast uncovered.
