RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 cups fresh or frozen chpd. rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Prepare cake batter according to directions on the box. Pour into 9 x 13 pan, 
greased. Sprinkle rhubarb and sugar on batter. Slowly pour on the cup of 
whipping cream.

Bake in a 350 oven 40-45 minutes. Can be served with additional whipped cream.
