Quick and Easy Chili
Prep Time: 35 min   Makes: 5 (1 1/3-cup) servings   
1 lb. lean ground beef 
2/3 cup chopped onions 
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 
1/2 cup water 
1 can (19 oz) Progresso® red kidney beans, drained, rinsed 
1 (10 1/2-oz.) can condensed beef broth 
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce 
1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste 
3 teaspoons chili powder 

1 .   In large saucepan, combine ground beef, onions and bell pepper. Cook over 
medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring 
frequently. Drain. 
2 .   Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 
15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
