Chicken "Osso Buco"  

8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1 lb.) 
1/4 cup flour 
1 carrot, finely chopped 
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained 
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing 
1 tsp. grated lemon peel 
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 
3 cups hot cooked rice 

COAT chicken with flour. Place chicken and any remaining flour in slow cooker. 

ADD all remaining ingredients except rice; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 
for 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours). 

STIR chicken mixture to thicken sauce. Serve over the rice.
