Chili Meatloaf and Potato Bake
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
3/4 cup salsa
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 egg,beaten
1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups prepared hot mashed potatoes
2 cups(8 oz.) shredded taco blend cheese, divided. 
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine ground turkey,salsa, chili powder,egg,2/ 
3 cup french fried onions,salt and pepper until blended. Press turkey mixture 
into 9 inch square baking dish. 
2. Bake 25 minutes or until turkey is cooked through and juices run clear. 
Drain off fat. 
3. Combine potatoes and 1 cup cheese. Spread evenly over meatloaf. Sprinkle 
with remaining cheese and onions; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and 
onions are golden. prep. time 15 minutes cook time 30 minutes
