4 med. potatoes (boiled)
12 oz. Canadian bacon, diced (2 c.)
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. Italian Dressing

Peel an slice potatoes, combine in a bowl with bacon, celery, green onion and 
pimento. Pour over dressing toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 
hour. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
