Strawberry Banana Shake
10 oz. silken soft tofu
1 cup frozen sweetened strawberries, slightly thawed
1 small ripe banana
½ cup orange juice
In a blender, combine all ingredients till smooth.  Chill and serve in a tall 
glass, top with a strawberry and mint leaf.  Serves:  2 cups.
Note:  If using unsweetened frozen strawberries, add 1 tablespoon sweetener 
(honey or fructose).
Variation:  Instead of strawberries, try 1 cup of the following for different 
flavored shakes:  blueberries, peaches or pineapples.
