Italian Sausage Skillet
1-1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 2-inch-thick slices
1 large red pepper, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg. (6-1/4 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Beef, prepared
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
COOK and stir sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat until sausage is
evenly browned and no longer pink inside; drain.
ADD peppers and onion; cover. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Stir in tomato sauce. Bring to boil.
TOP sausage mixture with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low;
cover. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
