It is an interesting concept but I am a little skeptical of it as a whole.

Just a gut feeling but building a social network based on a block chain 
unfortunately means it also has to potential to be controlled through force. It 
is decentralised but it still exploitable. It is not like a Daispora or Media 
Goblin instance that are whole independent.
