NAME_MAX in win32impl.cpp (branch-1-5)?

Should NAME_MAX (around line 160 in base/unix/src/win32impl.cpp in
the release-1-5 branch) be PATH_MAX? NAME_MAX isn't defined on
Solaris (and I think it only refers to the old, old sysV max
length of filenames - i.e. 14 chars)
