adding HTTP remote control

Should this be done by 

 * implementing a new "httpui" and running this in parallel to any other
   ui?
 * ...or should it be a built-in feature of the Player class?

Comments?

and, yes, I already have a somewhat kludgy (win32) implementation allowing
remote control (play/start/stop/volume/song selection) of freeamp via your
favorite browser.
