Hi there. Freeamp and the Xing decoder included in it are both licensed under
the GPL. The GPL is distributed with freeamp as the 'COPYING' file, or can be
found at http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html.

Commercial use of the code is allowed, as long as the terms of the GPL are
followed.. This means, among other things, that any program derived
from, linked to, or using the freeamp source must also be licensed under the
GPL.

Do you want/need more info about the GPL? I can probably scare up a few URLs
or explain better with more information on what you specifically want to do..
