Hello all!

I am somewhat new to C++ so please bear with me.

First, the slider (volume) problem. When I attempt to adjust the volume
using the slider, as soon as I move the control, it sends the actual volume
up and pans all the way to the right. A subsequent adjustment of the slider
does nothing. I have to open the windows audio panel to reset the volume
and pan. I noticed while doing this in the audio panel, the volume slider
moves in sync with the volume slider in the window audio panel.

Secondly, I am getting the following warnings when compiling. I am running
VS6, SP3 on NT.

Any help would be gratly appreciated.
Thanks!
