The original behaviour was to sort lists by clicking on the column header, but
we decided against it for the 2.0 release.. It's too easy to munge a carefully
created list by clicking just a tad too high.

I'd rather not add yet another library dependency, unless absolutely necessary.
Handling simple expressions - '*?' - is cake, however. Already have a 20 line
routine to do it..
