Hi All,

I've been trying to tidy up some of the FreeAmp
GUI on Windows for a little while now - I've got
a lot of free time at the moment for doing
 Windows development again ;)

Some of the GUI gets reset unnecessary:

  1. If the "My Music" is open, and the options
are viewed - even if you close the options by
clicking cancel - the music browser's columns
     all resize. Noticably.

  2. If the options are displayed, (and again even
if they are cancelled), the main window flickers
     horribly.

On Friday I made a commit that fixed #1, but I
can't see the cause of #2 - I've setup a cache of the
current theme name, so if the theme doesn't change
  the FreeAmpTheme isn't reloaded.

This appears to reduce the flicker, but there's still
something causeing the main window to repaint in a
  visible manner.

So, my question, does anybody see the cause of this
 repaint/reset/flicker ?
