I've noticed a couple of UI bugs in the options pages of
FreeAmp 2.1.
Several of the pages don't enable the "Apply" button when
settings are changed - Unfortunately I can't build freeamp
at the moment, I get the following errors:

: fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'musicbrainz/bitzi/bitcollider.h': No such file or directory
Error executing cl.exe.
freeamp.exe - 1 error(s), 40 warning(s)
But I can mail diffs in the meantime, if that would be usefull...
