take 1 minute each day to think of anything you are grateful for
(having a baby, baby being healthy, baby eating well, baby sleeping
well, baby smiling, baby sleeping through the night, being able to
lift baby without hurting anymore, being home, being able to drive
myself), those are just some of the little things that i am grateful
for each day.
we were hospitalized a lot when my baby was born, but using the
gratitude time helped me a lot during that time; even when the doctors
will be coming in with bad news, i always try to think of what i am
grateful for and keep moving.
i helps me a lot and little by little i forget about whatever is not
going right in my life, and i am amaized at what a few minutes does in
bringing about the realization of what i really want to realize in my
life.
it is not easy being a mom, but the gratitude time helps a lot.
pretty soon, you might find you take 2, 3, even 10 minutes gratitude
time.
it is really healthy.
take care.
