Hi, All!

I have installed FreeBSD 8.0 Release on i386 PC, with Foxconn 661M04-MX-6L 
motherboard. 
When I try to "reboot" or "shutdown -r", system freezes with message 
"Rebooting..." "Shutdown -p" works fine.
I have updated bios to last version, and tried to boot with acpi disabled, but 
problem is still remains. 

Also I tried to 

sysctl hw.acpi.handle_reboot=1 

and got 

acpi0: reset failed - AE_BAD_ADDRESS
Rebooting...

It seems that I can't "debug" and figure out the reason. 

Any suggestions?
