Hi again I did as you suggested I tested with acpiconf with different times and different states here are the results. first two files are when laptop was charging only difference in these two files was in Present voltage last two files are when laptop was discharging there is no difference in these two. After couple hours it ran out of battery and l aptop was powered off then I put it on AC power and turned it on battery was at 0% and charging and after some time it is still at 0% and charging
