to continue with this issue I have found this bug:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=162859

and after downgrading my system to Freebsd 8.0 battery status is working!
So this issue was made after system upgrade. is there a way i can trace
which change made this matter broken?
