trying to setup the cluster interconnect for CTL HA
kernel setting kern.cam.ctl.ha does not seem to exist but is listed on the man
page when setting receive the following error
sysctl: unknown oid 'kern.cam.ctl.ha_peer'
tried setting in both /boot/loader.conf and in /etc/sysctl.conf
