Wow, I reported that problem in March 2008. Thanks for going back
and following up on this one.
Sadly, the hardware that exhibited that problem passed away over 18
months ago and was sent for recycling. None of my current hardware
has the same ALPS GlidePoint device, so I cannot say if this is still
a problem on recent FreeBSD or not.
I'd say that if no one else is reporting problems, you may as well
close this.
