Simple rules:
pf.conf

int_if="dc0"
ext_if="tun0"
set skip on lo0
scrub in
nat on $ext_if from 10.25.1.0/24 to any -> ($ext_if)
pass all
#################################
On FreeBSD 8.2 works without problems.
On FreeBSD 9.0 dont work.
