iphone kept locking me out of itunes, probably my media was pushed to all my 
email acctS? But I first obtained my aact through my Boyfriends, his home PC, 
windows XP, Aug_Sept of 2009, an IPhone3. his email was [email protected] and 
mine was [email protected]. used this for several sync's, many apps and 
music, etc...
Issues started this past March-April, possibly early as Feb2012 (Iphone4,- with 
iCloud, showed my step-sons user Id, [email protected]. he used this acct 
with ITunes also for a few years under [email protected], he got a place, new 
PC, new I[phones, no issues...never used iCloud he says. 
well...I did use iCloud to back up data becuse I could not update iTunes 
8??something??8.9? (not sure, but)My Iphone4 locked me out, April, A PUK CODE? 
I didn't know what that was...then again...then a PIN Code...then A password... 
I believed our Homes Wireless Router was hacked. I lost alot of music and apps 
, this year,JUNE:( so I started over, downloaded $$49.-52.00$$ U.S. , in music 
on my NEW IPHONE, under [email protected], got to listen to the music for about 
3-4 days, phone locked up, took to AT&T, cant get it to re-set! just says, Log 
on to Itunes. And we did...it did a 30 minute download and then attempted to 
reboot, but it failed because it is rihgt back on the first screen, locked 
...says...Connect to Itunes  !! AAUUGGHHHH!!!!
I got a little pre-paid flip phone, hated it... so my I[phone4 is frozen and 
locked on that first screen!...(no intentional fault of mine)and now it is 
dissabled because I went with another phone...
But I want help! I loved my phones! I have a new S.I.M. card and AT&t will 
re-activate it, BECAUSE they are still charging us for it every month.
So whats the story????Is this ICLOUD not a secure, share with your stuff 
account? 
I am available most everyday after 10AM pST, until 8-9pm. I have the new SIM, i 
have conferenced with both my carrier AT&T and an ITUNES  rep about a month 
ago, no luck, just got to set a password again.
 I used to have the crazy4magoo@yahoo\.com with CELL# 702-443-6753, almost 3 
yrs , I believe, then we got new PC's new Iphone,new Emails, USED the ICLOUD 
BACKUP>>>>!!! then I had a temp cell# for a couple weeks, trying to start 
fre7sh and find my media, no luck... apps, yes...no music files, I think it was 
Tylers collection?Please investigate, I cannot get my IPHON unlocked and the 
GUY atAT&T couldn't either..also i sent in trouble ticket/web rert to Itunes

MY new iPhone4, upgraded from iPhone3=NOV2011,  kept locking me out of iTunes,

I am so worried that my iCloud backup didn't "backup" anything!?! then where's 
my media?I will try to sign in under the original 
[email protected] & my old original user ID, [email protected]
again. maybe on my new PC...it may just be the magic I need.

well I would say , sign in under 4 emails, accessing the same media, used a 
different,iphone device, at least twice,& then do an iCloud backup...
may have to re-set passwords several times, per USER ID,  then you may not have 
any data and are only ablt to re-set your log In info, download new iTunes to a 
new PC.

& consolidate all user my user id's and all my purchased tunes and apps, even 
the free apps? and I have a new PC and new iTunes version, so I shouldn't have 
a problem locating my media...?
