>Description: Subversion is unable to negotiate an SSL connection with https://svn0.us-east.freebsd.org. It consistently results in the error: svn: E120171: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn0.us-east.freebsd.org/base/releng/9.2' svn: E120171: Error running context: An error occurred during SSL communication The problem started somewhere between 2014/01/17 and 2014/01/29.
