When refusing to downgrade a package, pkg reports that the current repo version
is installed, instead of what is actually installed.
[root@sol /root]# pkg info | grep libdrm
libdrm-2.4.54 Userspace interface to kernel Direct Rendering
Module services
[root@sol /root]# pkg install libdrm
Updating repository catalogue
libdrm-2.4.52 already installed
