Marvell 88SE9128 SPM support
Hello,
I bought an esata card with the 88SE9128 controller (this card:

and the manufacturer says the SPM is supported with FIS
(http://www.marvell.com//storage/system-solutions/assets/Marvell-88SE91XX-Host-Controllers.pdf)
but the card does not report these capabilities via native probing, and my
eSATA enclosure hadn't been seen.
The provided patch aims to correct this misbehaviour from the card, and now I
can see the 4 disks in the esata enclosure.
