Patch to add resizewin
This program queries the terminal emulator for its size and updates the kernel
based on the result - it is similar to the resize command that comes with xterm
but simpler and only works on VT100-alike terminals.
It's useful when working on servers (which are unlikely to have xterm
installed) over a serial console.
