patch adding dup3 syscall to linuxulator
This patch adds the dup3 syscall to the Linuxulator. This is used by several
things in Gentoo. This doesn't allow Gentoo to work in a chroot yet, though.
Some more bits are needed for that.
I've tested this on 64-bit systems. Should work fine for 32-bit.
