pciconf does not display device information for Emulex Skyhawk adapter in
FreeBSD 9.1 and 9.3.

vendor = 'Emulex Corporation'
class = network
subclass = ethernet
As shown above, pciconf is displaying vendor information but it is not
displaying device information.
pciconf is displaying device information correctly in FreeBSD 10.0 as shown
below.

vendor = 'Emulex Corporation'

Can we have pciconf display device information in FreeBSD 9.1 and 9.3
