The Ukrainian keymap, usr/share/vt/keymaps/ua.kbd, contains items named
"fkey69" to "fkey92". What the keymap is expecting these to be isn't
documented. I haven't found any evidence yet that the mappings concerned are a
part of any standard or conventional Ukrainian keyboard layout.
