I have strong objections against part of r301295.
The commit log claims to have removed a blank line.
This is false.
The removed line contains the final two words of the comment on the preceeding
line:
daily_ntpd_avoid_congestion="YES" # Avoid congesting
# leapfile sources
Please reinstate the lost line, or please add the final two words to line 139.
