Adds Macbook Pro 8,1 support.
This patch adds support for the Macbook Pro 8,1. As with the recent patch
(https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=214836) for the Macbook Pro
11,2, I have disabled the SMS (Sudden Motion Sensor) since its activation
currently throws errors with changes in ambient light level.
