hi，I encounter a issue about kevent, I register a timer event(EVFILT_TIMER) in
kevent with timeout 500ms, but it is not very precise, kevent() often return
after more than 500ms, sometimes even more than 1 second, is it a known issue
on FreeBSD 7.0?
